PCB Maker Dynamic Electronics To Layoff And Fired Employees On Its Taoyuan Plant


Taiwan based Dynamic Electronics Co., will lay off the majority of its employees at its Taoyuan manufacturing facility after years of running losses in Taiwan, reported by Central News Agency.


Dynamic Electronics is known for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCB). The company planned layoff of more than 400 Taiwanese workers and will take effect on Oct. 15.

The company already meet the 400 employees and will follow proper regulation. The company and its agency will help the layoff employees to find a new job.

Dynamic employs 490 Taiwanese employees in Taiwan plus 132 migrant workers, according to Labor Department.

Migrant workers are not part of the layoff instead they will be fired or terminated, though will help them employ to other PCB manufacturing company. If requested to go home, they will assist and compensate.

Dynamic said it is disposing its plant in Taoyuan to move it overseas, it has still plants operating at Kunshan of Jiangsu and Huangshi of Hubei. Dynamic Electronics has a workforce of 7000 employees.
