BREAKING: Thailand's mass shooter was killed and left 21 dead


This Sunday morning, February 9, 2020. After long hours of hostage crises in a mall in northeastern Thailand bringing a total of 21 dead. The Armed Forces of Thailand has successfully killed the suspect.

"The police have killed the perpetrator and rescued eight hostages. Some were wounded" according to security force officer.

Late Saturday night, February 8, 2020,  in the rural region of Nakhon Ratchasima in Thailand. A mass shooting had happened bringing an initial report of 21 death and 31 hurt after a gunman had fired randomly in Terminal 21 Korat Mall.

The suspect was identified as a soldier namely Sgt. Maj. Jakrapanth Thomma assigned in the 22nd Ammunition Battalion. According to Thailand Defense Ministry spokesman Lt. Gen. Kongcheep Tantrawanich.

Reports emerged late on Saturday night of renewed gunfire within the building. Automatic weapons were reported to have been heard before dawn local time as ambulances prepared to evacuate the wounded.

All floors except for the lower ground level have reportedly been secured by officers. Footage taken outside the mall late on Saturday night showed crowds of people running out of the building, some clutching children and supporting elderly people.
