When President Rodrigo Roa Duterte became president, there are 30 new laws pass in the congress to became the new law of the Philippines under on our constitution. If this new law where not sign by our President within 30 days, it would be a lapse and cannot be amended on throughout the country

Here are new, interesting laws that stood out:

1. Stricter Anti-Carnapping Law
Republic Act 10883 or “An act providing for a new anti-carnapping law of the Philippines” now considers carnapping a non-bailable offense and will require Land Transportation Office to keep a record of all cars and owners.
The new law increased the imprisonment time from a maximum of 17 years and four months to around 20 to 30 years in jail.
If the person resorted to violence, their sentence would be extended from 30 years and one day up to 40 years. If the victim is raped or killed, the carnapper would be given a life sentence in prison.
Any person involved in the concealment of the crime will be imprisoned from six to 12 years and fined with the cost of the car or any part involved in the crime.

2. Mandatory subtitles
Republic Act 10905 or “An act requiring all franchise holders or operators of television stations and producers of television programs to broadcast or present their programs with closed captions option, and for other purposes” requires TV stations to provide subtitles for the deaf community.
However, it exempts franchise holders or TV station operators and program producers who release public service announcements under 10 minutes or if providing text caption would prove to be economically burdensome. It also exempts programs aired between 1 am to 6 am, or are already textual in nature.
Those who fail to follow will either be fined with at least P50,000 but not more than P100,000 or be imprisoned for at least six to twelve months, or both. License or permit to operate may also be revoked.

3. Keeping Filipinas from becoming mail order brides
Republic Act 10906 or “An act providing stronger measures against unlawful practices, businesses, and schemes of matching and offering Filipinos to foreign nationals for purposes of marriage or common-law partnership, repealing for the purpose republic act no. 6955, also referred to as the 'anti-mail order bride law'" penalizes any person who has in any way engaged in business to exploit Filipinas to offer to foreigners for marriage.
If found guilty, they will be penalized with 15 years of imprisonment and be fined with at least P500,000 thousand pesos but not more than P1-million.
Anyone who has cooperated in the illegal act will also suffer the same penalty. However, those who operate in more than two people will be penalized with 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of at least P2-million but not more than P5-million.

Meanwhile, foreign offenders will be deported to their home country and if the offender is under the employment of an establishment, then the person-in-charge who participated in the act will be facing penalties.
In turn, proceeds and penalties will be seized by the government. Victims will also receive assistance from the respective government agencies and commissions.

4. No more candies or inexact change
Once Republic Act 10909 or “An act prohibiting business establishments from giving insufficient or no change to consumers and providing penalties therefore” takes effect, you can now sue the establishment for not giving you your due change.
Establishments are also required to stick price tags with the exact price the consumer has to pay.
Failure to comply will result in a fine of whichever is higher in amount: P500 or 3% of gross sales for the first offense, P5,000 or 5% of gross sales for the second offense, and P15,000 or 7% or gross sales and a three-month suspension of operations.
The last offense will result in a fine of P25,000 and total closure of the establishment.
5. Longer prescription for crimes of graft and corruption
Republic Act 10910 or “An act increasing the prescriptive period for violations of Republic Act no. 3019, otherwise known as the 'anti-graft and corrupt practices act' from fifteen (15) years to twenty years, amending section 11 thereof” amended the prescription of offenses, also known as the statute of limitations, from 15 to 20 years.
This means it’s still possible to carry out judgment on individuals guilty of graft and corruption within 20 years.

6. Anti-age discrimination for employees
Republic Act 10911 or “An act prohibiting discrimination against any individual in employment on account of age and providing penalties therefore” prohibits employers from withholding promotion or deny training opportunities, compensation, and privileges from employees on the basis of age.
Recruitment and employment agencies are also prohibited from refusing to help individuals regardless of age from seeking employment and labor organizations are prohibited from refusing employees of membership because of their age.
Violators will be fined at least P50,00 but not more than P500,000 and/or be imprisoned for three months to two years.
However, this law will only be effective on August 16.

7. No more texting while driving
Republic Act 10913 or “An act defining and penalizing distracted driving” will mean that any person who is using their phones in non-emergency cases and/or needs it for work will be penalized with a fine of P5,000 for first offense, P10,000 for second offense, and P15,000 and suspension of license for three months for the third offense.
The law added that the fine may be increased, along with ultimately suspending the driver’s license if properly disseminated to the public.
Meanwhile, those who are driving public utility vehicles, school buses, or carriers with flammable or toxic material within a 50-meter radius from school premises will be fined with P30,000 and have their licenses suspended for three months.

8.) Mandatory speed limiters
Republic Act 10916 or “An act requiring the mandatory installation of speed limiter in public utility and certain types of vehicles” will require all covered public transportation vehicles to have a speed limiter.
Vehicles without speed limiters before the passage of the law will have to comply within 18 months after it takes effect.
The absence of a speed limiter will not be allowed for registration or be given a franchise permit, and the owners or operators of the vehicle will be fined with P50,000.
Meanwhile, the driver’s license will be suspended for one month and the franchise permit for three months for the first offense.
Sanctions for succeeding offenses will be license suspension for three months and franchise suspension for six months on top of imposed fines for the second offense; and revocation of license and franchise suspension for at least a year, and an imposed fine for the third offense.
Offenders caught tampering with speed limiters will be imprisoned for six to 36 months and fined with P30,000.

The Philippines Supreme court have heeded the cry of a youth group against the implement curfew for minors from 10:00 at night to 5:00 in the morning in the cities of Manila, Quezon, Navotas claiming it is against the republic Act No. 9344 or also known as the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act and issued a Temporary Restraining order(TRO)

Youth group asks SC to nullify curfew ordinances

In a 39-page petition, the Samahan ng Progresibong Kabataan (SPARK) through their counsel Atty. Jesus Falcis III urged the high court to issue a temporary restraining order against the ordinances that impose curfews and eventually nullify them for being vague, unjust and repressive.

SPARK specifically wants the high court to declare as unconstitutional curfew ordinances in Manila, Quezon City, and Navotas.

The Manila curfew ordinance, petitioners said, is contrary to Republic Act No. 9344 or the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.

Under the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act, curfew violations are considered  status offenses. Status offenses are offenses which discriminate only against a child, while an adult does not suffer any penalty for committing similar acts. These shall include curfew violations, truancy, parental disobedience and the like.

Curfew is allowed only if no penalty shall be imposed on children caught violating the curfew.

In Manila, however, SPARK said those caught violating curfews shall face a sanction of a reprimand for the youth, admonition for the parent or guardian.

If the offender is under 18 years old, the penalty shall be an admonition for the first offense, reprimand, and warning for the second offense and imprisonment of 1 to 10 days or P2,000 fine or both for the third offense and subsequent offenses.

Aside from Manila, the other curfew ordinances in Quezon City and Navotas are vague because there is no clear standard on how to implement it or how to determine who are the minors violating the curfew.

“Some young adults look like they are below 18 or what could be called as baby-faced. Some of them will be tagged as violators while some of them will not be,” the petition stated.

“The apprehension or non-apprehension of baby-faced looking adults will depend on the differing application of law enforcers. Furthermore, some minors can look like they are already of legal age and will not be apprehended while young adults will be apprehended,” the petition further stated.

Petitioners said if the government wants to prevent crime at night, there are less restrictive means such as massive street lighting programs, installation of closed-circuit television (CCTVs) on public streets and regular visible patrols by law enforcers. RAM/ rga

However, despite the TRO, President Rodrigo Duterte says he is still rooting for the high tribunal to see the wisdom in the implementation of the curfew for the sake of the children and the betterment of society

the curfew for minors is not really a criminal proceeding as we have insisted, President Duterte explained

It is a mechanism where we take the child out of the street to protect him from predators, from being utilized as a seller of shabu, from being raped. These are the problems, President Duterte said

the president explained that he only hopes to keep the youth safe and to teach parents to be responsible and their children as well.

He also recalled a case wherein a minor had slept under his mother's car if not for the authorities who have found the mirror

That night I had the parents arrested, but if not for the intervention of Gabriela, Hindi ko talaga bibitawan. there was an abandonment of minor, that's the case

You are being arrested according to President Duterte because you abandon your children. arrest them bring them to jail. President Duterte said

Our President only concerned and just wanted to protect us to bad people roaming the streets during 10pm onwards, he knows that there's a lot of abnormal doing on those hours, such as selling of drugs, hold up, even rapist you might become the victim if you were on streets  during does hours, installation of closed-circuit television (CCTVs) on public streets and regular visible patrols by law enforcers, are not assurance of hundred percent of safety because we never know what might happen if we encounter that incident, so as a citizen of the Philippines it requires to start it on our self, it is for our own safety.

The Queen of United Kingdom had already commented about President Rodrigo Duterte? Well, this very unusual, unlike the United States, United Nations, and the European Union are against the President of the Philippines. Queen Elizabeth had praised President Duterte for he is raising the Filipinos from "grass to grace"

" The Philippines is now reforming in the hands of President Duterte. Who would have thought that one day, a simple ordinary man would rise and shine? Who would have thought that one day, Philippines will get a brave and intelligent man like Mr. Duterte" said, Queen Elizabeth

" I am convinced that Duterte will raise the Philippines from grass to the grace. The world needs such leaders and the Philippines government should not hesitate to work with the United Kingdom," The Queen added.

This makes the Filipino proud around the world. But sad to say that some Filipinos in the Philippines are kept on commenting against the President Duterte.

Norcia province of Perugia, Italy had been severely affected by the 6.6 magnitudes last Sunday at around 7:30 am, October 30, 2016. The place was almost devastated, everything collapses. It was one of the strongest earthquakes since 1980. And there are Filipinos were living in the area, and there are about 31 Filipinos were been rescued from that town.

Yesterday the Filipinos are seeking for help in Philippine Government.

Today, 31 Filipinos were been rescued by Philippine Embassy, and now temporarily leaving in a shelter. No casualties had been recorded for Filipinos in Italy.

The government and media are covering up the fact that Hillary Clinton alleged publicly that the united states government created both ISIS and Al Queda

Every day when we turn on the news they are reporting on the news telling the public about some war or some scenario involving ISIS. the news  refusing to tell the public that the united states have never actually fight ISIS but instead supported them and secretly funded them

here's are the video the united states created and funded a major terrorist organization, our former secretary of state alleged this, and everyone is ignoring it

are the united states supporting al-Qaeda in Syria the answer is yes

fact number 1 there is no question that al-Qaeda fighters are part of the opposition forces attempting to overthrow Syria's government

fact number 2 to the creation of al-Qaeda wasn't Islamic fundamentalism it was the CIA the mujahideen was created by the CIA to cause problems for the soviets

you might say that crazy talk right? here secretary of state Hilary Clinton

to be fair we had helped the problem were now fighting because when the soviet union invaded Afghanistan we had this brilliant idea that we were to come to Pakistan and create a force of mujahideen equip them with stinger missiles and everything else to go after the soviets inside Afghanistan and we were successful the soviet left Afghanistan and then we said great goodbye  leaving these trained people who were fanatical in Afghanistan and Pakistan leaving them well armed creating a mess frankly that time we didn't really recognize we were just so happy to see the soviet union fall and we through okay fine  where we're okay now everything is going to be so much better now, you look back the people were fighting today we were supporting to fight against the soviet, ah so its nit conspiracy..Hilary Clinton said in the interview

Let's remember here the people are fighting today they are funded them twenty years ago

The secret revealed were in the united states is  the creator of all chaos happening in Syria.

meanwhile, the Rusian President Vladimir Putin tells exactly who created ISIS in confirmed alleged of Hilary Clinton

Putin said I can't stay silence on many things but as always the Dominic here has just mentioned it
one-sided actions, in continuous search for the next alliance and coalitions which are predetermined
this is not the method that seeks to discuss and agree on mutual grounds of understanding
there is one-sided action, they are carried all the time, they lead to crisis, I've said  this before
another treat that president Obama mentioned was ISIS
Well who on earth armed them?
Who armed the Syrians that were fighting with Assad?
Who created the necessary political/informational climate that facilitates this situation
who push for the delivery of arms to the area
do you really not understand who is fighting in Syria?
they are mercenaries mostly
do you really understand they are paid money
mercenaries fight for whichever side pays more so they armed and pay them a certain amount I even know what these amounts are
so they fight they have the arms, you can't get them to return the weapons of course, at the end then they discovered elsewhere pays a little more, so they can fight there, then they can occupy oil fields Whenever in Iraq, in Syria
they started extracting the oil and this oil is purchased by somebody
where the sanctions on the parties purchasing  this oil?
Do you believe the US does not know who is buying it?
is it not their allies that are buying oil from ISIS?
Do you think the US has the power to influence their allies
or is the point that they indeed do not wish to influence them?
Then why bomb ISIS?
in areas where they started extracting oil paying mercenaries more
in those areas the rebels from civilized Syrian opposition forces  immediately joined ISIS because they are paid more
I consider this absolutely unprofessional politics
it is grounded on facts in the real world
we must support civilized, democratic opposition in Syria
so you support, arm them, and them tomorrow they join ISIS
can they not think the step ahead?
we don't stand for this kind of politics of the US
we consider it to be wrong
it harms all parties including you(USA)

Therefore in the first place, the US is really the one who created this so called ISIS that brings chaos to Syrian people for them to get the oil from them.

Our balikbayan boxes symbolize of our hard earned and love for our family, everything place in the box are fruits of our hard labor abroad. Small or big things we send to our loved ones in the Philippines are very important to us or everything has a value but what if our boxes or things we send to our loved ones had gone or dwindled?

Some alleged problem I always read about this company on facebook, on how they tend their service to the customer. Now I want to raise the issue because I sympathize with all OFW abroad who had been the victims of this company. One of my friends, I would not mention her name had sent her item to the Philippines through the service of LBC PADALA.

This was the message in her Timeline:

Sabi nila pwede daw. Sa Coyeesan daw ang office nila. So pumunta ang nanay ko minsan pero close sila that time.

Follow-up ako ng follow-up kaso tatawag daw sila hanggang tumagal at hindi nangyari yon.

Pangatlong follow-up, Oct 17 na.

Maya't maya hinanap nila ang delivery man.

Ninakaw kaya? Simpleng padala, inistorbo kaming mag-ina. Kung gov't agency sana, sinampal ko na ang LBC at sabihin ko na yon ang sabi ni Duterte sa seminar. Ayop nila!

My website is not here to shame nor  to destroy the image of the company but I am here to raise awareness so that the issue may reach to the management of LBC . And also this may serve as awareness to all OFW.

Filipino Fishermen claim they can fish in Scarborough shoal again

There are indications the Chinese Coast Guard has left Scarborough Shoal, one week after President Rodrigo Duterte visited China to repair strained ties, his spokesman said

Duterte, who is shifting alliances to China from the US, had said that Filipino fishermen could soon resume fishing in Scarborough Shoal,

That's why the group of fishermen tries to catch fish but on Monday night the Chinese coast still there try to drive them away but, on Tuesday night, it is totally different situation for three days now fishermen can catch fish without interference in the Chinese coast guard

“Apparently there have been some physical observations… All I can say is that at this stage, it has been observed that there are no longer any Chinese coast guards in the area,” Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella told reporters.

Asked if he was aware of reports Manila and Beijing had agreed on fishing rights in the shoal, Abella said: "All we know is based on results, the fishermen can now go into those waters."

Kabayan party-list Rep. Harry Roque, who was part of Duterte's delegation to China, said an agreement between the two countries called for the removal of Chinese ships from the shoal.

Duterte met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing called the visit a "milestone" in ties.

"I hope we can follow the wishes of the people and use this visit as an opportunity to push China-Philippines relations back on a friendly footing and fully improve things," President Xi Jinping said.

President Rodrigo Duterte returned to the country with $24 billion in investment pledges.

"if the enemy is bigger than you, learn to compromise."

The Philippines had been subservient to the USA for a century now, our sovereignty was just on paper until our new President took our real value on the international stage.

The Philippines wanted to treat as equal, not a pawn in the great American game of superpower in the world

China is being the biggest economic power in the world today
Don't get us wrong we love the USA and its gift of democracy to the world, we will be forever thankful for all the good things you have done for us, we will always love our American brothers and sister, but the Philippines also need to look after its own interest now if we are to stand on our own and reach national maturity, it is high time that let us grow , it is all business nothing personal.

President Rodrigo Duterte is working on progress to provide peace and order in the Philippines as well as enhancing the quality of the Filipinos.

He is a brave man who gonna do courageous things in accordance with his good will to provide a better life to his countrymen...

The problem with plastics is they do not easily degrade. They may break down, but only into smaller pieces. The smaller those pieces get, the more places they can go.

Plastic bottles lying in the gutter. Grocery bags tangled in branches. Food wrappers scuttling across the ground on a windy day. Although such examples of litter easily come to mind, they only hint at the serious and growing problem of plastic pollution

Plastic takes a hundred years to break down, as a result, it compromises about 3/4 of the world's garbage and continues to destroy the environment, approximately eight million metric tons of plastic enters earth oceans every year despite these efforts so scientist all over the world is striving to find a better solution to reducing waste

Well the answer to this problem might have been discovered by a Filipino inventor, not only was he able to break down the plastic but he was also able to turn it into diesel, gasoline, and kerosene, the procedure is being credited to Jayme Navarro

the Filipino inventor finds a way to convert it not just reusable in reusable form but to fuel here are the invention and the mind behind it

in Rodriguez Rizal plastic is being collected and put it to good use, the plastic goes to a conveyor where they broke down into smaller pieces and reduce to powder form, once strained they are melted in reactor machine and converted to diesel, kerosene, and gasoline via the process of distillation. Filipino inventor Jaime Navarro is credited for discovering this technology while his engineer children design to use in the plant

Jaime Navaro said, "actually it is accidentally known because on my mind I just  wanted to return it to original form as into virgin material but it turns to liquid that turns into diesel, this is 5 pesos cheaper than the price outside the market"

Ana Po the president of poly green technology and resources said
"with this technology, we can significantly reduce the volume of scattered plastic in the land field and turn them into valuable aset as diesel, gasoline, and kerosene"

two tons of plastic produce 8 drums or 1,600 litters per day which then sold at 4,000 per tons or 4 pesos per kilo the product are use in the big factory and can also be used in vehicle.

"so far okay for almost three months, so far no problem at all," Ana Po said

the department of science and techology and department of energy recommended the Navarro family invention which now has a patent with intellectual property office

Although the discovery still has a long way to go before it  to the market, the department of  science and technology are excited about the discovery meanwhile, the Navarro family has already secured the patent for it.

Another Filipina beauty made the country proud as Philippine bet Kylie Verzosa won Miss International 2016.

Philippine bet Kylie Verzosa was named 2016 Miss International in the coronation held at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday.
Contestants from Australia, Indonesia, Nicaragua and the United States finished first, second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

Miss Australia won first runner-up while Indonesia placed third place. The two candidates were followed by Miss Nicaragua and Ms. USA at the third and fourth runner-up spots, respectively.

The Filipina beauty stunned the crowd as she sported her green one-piece swimsuit during the swimwear segment. On the other hand, during the evening gown segment, Verzosa showed her regal beauty in her floor-length light blue beaded gown.

Beauty pageant expert earlier predicted Verzosa would only place seventh in the pageant. The expert, however, noted that, coincidentally, they also previously predicted Miss International 2013 title-holder Bea Santiago to only make it to the Top 7. The Philippine contender still managed to bag the title that year.

In her speech after the announcement of the top 15 finalists, Verzosa said that should she win the title, she wants to focus on cultural and international understanding.

"Three things come to mind when I think of Miss International: culture, education, and international understanding. These three work together to make the brand of Miss International beauty pageant relevant to the global community and to our time," she said.

"If I become Miss International 2016, I will devote myself to cultural understanding and international understanding because I believe that it is in developing in each of us sensitivity to other cultures that we expand our horizons, tolerate difference and appreciate diversity.
All these enables us to achieve international understanding and I believe I am prepared to take on this responsibility." Verzosa said

In her speech after she was announced as the winner, Verzosa thanked all those who joined her in her journey.

"I cannot believe this moment right now, and I am ecstatic and happy. Thank you so much to my family, to the Philippines, to everyone who supported me. I did not go through this journey alone, but I had a lot of help from the people who love me. I deeply appreciate this. This moment has only happened in my dreams. Thank you so much, Japan. Thank you, Miss International," she said.

Verzosa is the sixth Filipina to bring home the Miss International crown for the Philippines.
Gemma Cruz was the country's first Miss International winner when she took the crown back in 1964, followed by Aurora Pijuan in 1970. Model-actress Melanie Marquez won the title in 1979.
After a long wait, Precious Lara Quigaman won in 2005, while Bea Rose Santiago won in 2013.

What is PDAF? Well, what I know in PDAF is a fund given to the government official for the allocation of respective province or funding of projects. But do you believe that these funds are being used in a right way? We are not born yesterday to believe or we are not blind in what we see to our respective provinces and place. There are so many corrupt officials, funds that to be used for the said project will fade like a bubble or we did not even know the fund dwindle.

The show's Till I Met You official hashtag was the top trending topic on Twitter worldwide, drawing more than a million tweets. #TIMYRunAway

the supposed family dinner to discuss the marriage or Iris and Basti, the pair escape to cool off from the frustration of having parents who can’t stand each other. As they profess their love for each other, the impulsiveness of youth catches up with them resulting in a night of passion. But of course, there’s always the morning after to deal with. And this is where the dilemma begins.

the steamy sex scene that followed featured shots of Basti slowly taking off Iris' bra and more hot moments from the pair, showing topless body of Basti and that passionate kiss both of them sharing at that moment, their intimate moments happens at the back seat of the car,
But not everything that happened in the episode was rosy.
After having sex, Iris admitted feeling guilt, considering that she saw
the struggles of her mother, Cass  who gave birth to her,
Completely ignoring the tiny detail that their parents have yet to give them their blessing, the best solution the two crazed lovebirds came up with was to push the date of their marriage forward. Predictably, this did not sit well with Cass, who resorted to giving her daughter the cold-shoulder treatment.

But then again, Basti and Iris have to deal with the consequences of their actions. Basti wants to prove to Iris that he loves her and faces the wrath of Tita Cass, who upon learning what happened, almost broke down in frustration and anger. I get where she is coming from, her worry that her daughter would get hurt, her fear that Iris and Basti are not ready.

Basti, having no mother to guide him properly on making the right decision, it was Agnes who stepped in for the role and advised him to think about what’s best for himself, which is a good piece of advice, come to think of it because there really should be no rush in making lifelong commitments such as marriage. In the end, Basti is firm in wanting to be together with Iris because he really loves her and vice versa. Their repeated professions of love, especially for Basti’s part, was a clear indication that they were being overwhelmed by their feelings and their decisions were all fueled by emotion, which is not a good thing

While many detractors will say that Jadine is only about kissing, I would beg to disagree because, after that hot love scene, audiences are genuinely invested in what happens next to Iris and Basti, and that speaks of an effective character establishment on the part of Team TIMY.

What , Where, and Why Boracay was choosen as best Island of 2016?
Boracay, Philippines is located in Malay, Aklan, Western Visayas, Boracay is just seven kilometers long, and less than a kilometer wide at its narrowest point it is a white Beach  four kilometers of white, powdery fine sand dotted with resorts, shops, and restaurants.

Boracay Beach is composed of threesections.
The northernmost section – Station 1 – has the widest beachfront. This has the best (and most expensive) resorts and hotels.

The center of White Beach is Station 2. People come here to eat, shop, and party.

If you’re looking for a quieter area, then Station 3, the southernmost section, is for you.

There's a lot of people who felt so glad upon the new amendment in Taiwan because many of the migrant workers will be benefited from that new policy made by Taiwan government, however, there's a lot of question  coming out because upon staying here in Taiwan for three years is there a possibility wherein the migrant workers can visit their family in their homeland? is there the company here can refuse to visit their family?  how about the new applicant who wanted to go abroad are still they capable of going here in Taiwan for work?
Upon the new amendment, there's following revision so that problem can be solved in a matter that both company and employee will be benefited vice versa.

Ways to quit smoking in less than a week? Must know!

Many are addicted to smoking even  the young age are involved in smoking. sometimes we are thinking on how to quit smoking. nowadays with technology, the cigarettes had been slowly replaced with the E-cigarette which is still a cigarette but with lower nicotine unlike with the regular cigarette  has a high amount of nicotine.

But we really don't care if that is E-cigarette still it has the negative effect on our health and the health of people around us.

According to those who survive without a cigarette in their life. they really find it hard how to quit, some quit because they had already felt the negative effect of the cigarette in their body, too much coughing or chest pain, hard to breathed so they stop in smoking. Some also trying to quit because they do not want their child to inhale the smoke from a cigarette or maybe their parents, wife or girlfriend wants them to stop smoking.

It is indeed hard to quit because you are already addicted to smoking. but there some better ways on now to quit smoking. first, you do if you are consuming 1 pack of cigarette or 20 pieces per day , it would be helpful if you would try little by little, 10 pieces  maybe for 1 day until gone. If you try this, at first you would feel that it seems your mouth is watering or craving to lit a cigarette, craving a menthol feeling in your mouth. A better replacement for this, try to eat menthol candy, this really a very effective way. Many of quitters use only menthol candy as a replacement until they stop smoking.
So every time their mouth is watering and craving for a cigarette they would eat a menthol candy.

As far as we know nicotine is the addictive substance that found in a cigarette that would trigger our neurotransmitter dopamine in our  brain. so these the most better way in order to solve our problem. Quit smoking before it is late. It cost much money in for your hospital bills.

It is not yet late to stop smoking, why not try and live a healthy life.

OFWs' HIV / AIDS case doubled this year?

HIV and AIDS case double this year? OFW case Taiwan raises to 3,300 had been infected. An alarming data of HIV and AIDS cases are rapidly increasing this year, and now it doubled from the previous year. the big ratio from this is coming from sexual contact, then some inherited from their parents with HIV or AIDS, and some was through needle injections .

What is the difference between HIV and AIDS?
HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks our primary immune system. And now if the immune system is destroyed, we will be vulnerable to all kinds of diseases.  AIDS ( Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) it is a severe malfunction of the immune system, if the immune system is totally damage, then we are vulnerable to all kinds of diseases.

Are HIV / AID curable?
No, but there is an Antiretroviral therapy. HIV medicines use to treat HIV infection. patients with HIV and AIDS, take a combination of HIV medicine (called an HIV regimen). ART can't cure HIV, but HIV medicine helps people with HIV live longer.

Having a multi-partner or having sexual contact with many is prone to HIV and AIDS. You do not know who and how many he or she had been sex with from the past. The symptoms of the HIV or AIDS cannot be seen an early stage, it will come out  later on. Now in order to lessen this increasing case of HIV and AIDS, so we must be so extra careful whom we sex with, or it is much better if we must stick with our only partner, try ourselves to be contented with our partners. And if we are away from our partners, we should try to mortify ourselves,  and practice the abstinence. In this way, we can protect ourselves and our family from HIV and AIDS.

Can we interact with HIV and AIDS patients?
Definitely yes, we can talk to them closely, we can eat with them. This disease is not transferable through saliva, so not to worry. Try not to ignore them  because, in their situation, they need the love, care, and understanding from their family and friends.

Unprotected sexual contact with a person with HIV and AIDS is very risky and will change your world permanently. A minute of sexual pleasure which you will regret for the rest of your life. It is not late for us who are free from HIV and AIDS, we can stop and lessen the virus through mortification, abstinence, and using a protective method in having sex.
So try to share and educate our others.

Did you know that Sex Drive can be identified through our Chin?

Do you know that your Jaw and chin shows who you are and what type of person you are? Everyone has a different shape of chins and jaws. In Chinese tradition, all of these shapes have different types of luck and characteristic. So know what type of person are you and what will be your future.

Type of Jaw
People with strong jaw are mostly opinionated and judgemental. They tend to give confidence to people around them, then people around him feels they are protected. Have you notice that most of our politician have this kind of jaw? But we must be careful with this kind of people even though we feel protected still these type of people mostly does not accept  the ideas of others which sometimes cause of misunderstanding.
These people are known for a strong type of character.

Many of us wanted to work abroad because it can give us much more benefits, compare to our homeland especially when it comes to salary and other bonuses aside from their money currency is much higher.
we just wanted to work abroad because we wanted to give a better life to our family, we wanted to give the best to them when it comes to food, health, clothes and most of all in when it comes to education so after they graduate they can find better job to support their own family in the future.

One advantage is that many of the jobs that you can get abroad give you a chance to build your skills. Jobs abroad can be just as challenging as jobs back home would be. It also would give you a chance to learn how to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and become successful in your industry

Another reason why working abroad is a great option is you get to experience a different culture. When you accept a job overseas you are fully immersed in that culture and lifestyle. You get to experience new foods, new languages and meet new people.

A viral video circulating around Taiwan was taken live via facebook by two Filipinos. Which drew the attentions of Pinay workers in Taiwan.
The two guys was a having good time. they made a Facebook live while they were drinking a beer. Their topics were all about the behavior of all Pinay caregivers and caretakers.

They both mocking and underestimating. According to them, some are pretending to be single even if they are already married in the Philippines. Most shocking and drew the attentions of all Filipino in Taiwan when this two guy had underestimated the works of Pinay caregivers and caretakers. according to them, the caregivers and Caretakers are so arrogant not knowing their work are dirty jobs, like cleaning the toilet bowls, etc.
During the Live session, the two guys in Taiwan were bombarded by text messages on their timeline for uttering such arrogant words and unacceptable demeanor towards their fellow OFW.
Other Pinay were demanding to terminate the two from their work or cut the overtime so that they will learn  a lesson.
One guy in the video made a public apology for what he had done. But some Pinays cannot get over for insult they got from their very own fellow OFW.
Now, there is always a lesson we learn from the incident, always be responsible for what we are doing. In social media, we must first think before we click. A mistake is a mistake and cannot be undone.
And try not to underestimate our fellowmen, we are from the same country and yet you are doing this and the whole world is watching. Be careful my friend, because the Filipina are most respected
among all.

Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Ronald de la Rosa expressed dismay over the violent dispersal of protesters outside the US Embassy yesterday Wednesday and vowed to have the incident investigated.

In a statement read by PNP spokesperson Senior Supt. Dionardo Carlos at a press conference, Dela Rosa said he has seen the video.

“Napanood ko ang video at nakakalungkot at nakakagalit. I saw people that got hurt. Ayaw na ayaw ko na may nasasaktan na Pilipino,” he said.
Nevertheless, he said, it is his duty and moral obligation to "look into this squarely" and "act on it decisively and swiftly."

A Philippine police van rammed into protesters, leaving several bloodied, as  an anti-US rally turned violent.

Associated Press TV footage showed the van repeatedly ramming the protesters as it drives wildly back and forth after activist surrounded and started hitting the vehicle with wooden batons they seized from police

Meanwhile President Duterte on a state visit to china, where he is seeking repair relations territorial conflict in the south china sea. his agenda will focus on trade, investment and fishery cooperation with china , including access to Scarborough

In a statement, Sandugo disputed from the police that the violence started from the ranks of the protesters.

Amirah Lidasan, secretary general of Moro- Christian People's Alliance, said that she was witness to how Senior Supt. Marcelino Pedroso of the Manila Police District (MPD) ordered his men to ram their patrol vehicle against the protesters.

"We were in the front line of the rally.     the protest was about to end when Col. Predoso ordered his men to ram their vehicle against us" Lidasan said

She said that it was the police who attacked the protesters.

"First they rammed the police vehicle against the people. then released tear gas and hit us with truncheons, that's as clear as day" Lidasan added

"We were about to leave when the violence transpired. it was not called for. it's unjustifiable"

Lidasan said police nabbed 29 protesters and brought them to MPD

The Kabataan party-list said among the injured was its Congresswoman, Representative Sarah Elago, Sandugo lead convenor Piya Macliing Malayao, Quenilyn Gromeo of Anakbayan-PUP ,and a 61 years old
Lumad woman

"We express our utmost condemnation of what we can consider as a brutal police attack against the people," Kabataan said

The national minorities, under the banner of Sandugo a newly-established alliance of moro and indigenous people for self-determination, "we rally at the US embassy to underline their plight caused by the US domination in the military, political, and economic affairs of our country", it added

"Scores were reportedly injured as police cars over protesters and fired teargas at them. We are still verifying reports of arrests," Karapatan said in a statement

The protest action of the national minorities called
for the end to US military intervention and plunder in the

"The police should serve and protect the Filipino people's interest, and should not trample on the rights of citizens to freely express their opinions and exercise their right to freedom of assembly over the interest of the US embassy officials who may just be incensed by the calls inscribed by the national minorities on the US embassy seal- because the utter truth of the matter is, they should really get the hell out of our country for all the crimes they perpetrated vs Filipino people" it added

Philippine is a democratic country, we can express our feelings in public in any way we can, just like protesting it in front of US embassy it just sad to say that it ends in horrible ending wherein there must be hurt on the side of a protester and it was intentionally on the side of the police who at the first place must conduct peace and order to the protester..

There are many types of cancer treatment. The types of treatment that you have will depend on the type of cancer you have and how advanced it is. Some people with cancer will have only one treatment. But most people have a combination of treatments, such as surgery with chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy. You may also have immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy.

Clinical trials might also be an option for you. Clinical trials are research studies that involve people. Understanding what they are and how they work can help you decide if taking part in a trial is a good option for you.

When you need treatment for cancer, you have a lot to learn and think about. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and confused. But, talking with your doctor and learning all you can about all your treatment options, including clinical trials, can help you make a decision you feel good about. Our Questions to Ask Your Doctor About Treatment may help

Marijuana is legal to smoke and have in possession (under 1 ounce) here in the state of Washington. Many users do so for the effects the THC found in marijuana has on the body. THC is the substance in marijuana that gets you "feeling high". But recently, through some breakthrough research, studies have shown that the substance Cannabidiol (CBD), also found in marijuana, has the potential to be a game-changer in the fight against cancer.

\In Seattle, medical marijuana is primarily prescribed to help terminally ill patients and those receiving painful medical treatments to help deal with the pain. It is also prescribed for people with high levels of anxiety or severe depression. But, new research being done has shown more than just pain relieving or mood enhancing effects; it could help to treat and - even better - reverse cancer.

The evidence
Studies were recently completed by the California Pacific Medical Center in the San Francisco Bay area. The compound CBD was tested on animals with cancer as an alternative treatment. They found there was a disruption in the growth of tumors cells. CBD is a natural defense mechanism in the cannabis plant. In fact, CBD makes up about 40 percent of the cannabis plant matter. CBD is considered non-psychoactive, whereas THC is psychoactive. Basically, CBD doesn't give you the "high feelings" associated with THC, but it is showing promise in stopping or even reversing the effects of cancer on the body.

By manipulating the breeding of the plants to achieve high contents of CBD and low content of THC, this could give a very low psychoactive response yet provide all the cancer-fighting benefits of the CBD.

This is good news, as the health benefits of cannabis are vast, with multiple medical and scientific studies to confirm them. But what about the harmful effects? All psychological evaluations from the intake of cannabis are largely based on assumptions, suggestions, and observations
(1). When we look at the actual science behind cannabis, it seems negative effects are difficult to confirm.

Cannabis is the botanical name for the plant that Marijuana comes from. Marijuana is the female flowers of Cannabis sativa/indica dried up. People call marijuana "cannabis" synonymously, but just to be technical Cannabis is the entire plant whereas marijuana is just the drug form of matured female flowers which is what you smoke.

The Science Behind Cannabis

Let’s take a look at the science behind cannabis and cancer. Although cannabis has been proven to be effective for a wide range of ailments, this article will focus mainly on its effectiveness in the treatment of cancer. Cannabinoids may very well be one of the best disease and cancer-fighting treatments out there. Cannabinoids refer to any of a group of related compounds that include cannabinol and the active constituents of cannabis. They activate cannabinoid receptors in the body. The body itself produces compounds called endocannabinoids and they play a role in many processes within the body that help to create a healthy environment. Cannabinoids also play a role in immune system generation and re-generation. The body regenerates best when it’s saturated with Phyto-Cannabinoids.

Cannabinoids can also be found in cannabis. It is important to note that the cannabinoids are plentiful in both hemp and cannabis. One of the main differences between hemp and cannabis is simply that hemp only contains 0.3% THC while cannabis has 0.4% THC or higher. (Technically they are both strains of Cannabis Sativa.) Cannabinoids have been proven to reduce cancer cells, as they have a great impact on the rebuilding of the immune system. While not every strain of cannabis has the same effect, more and more patients are seeing success in cancer reduction in a short period of time by using cannabis.

While taking a look at these studies, keep in mind that cannabis can be much more effective for medicinal purposes when we eat it rather than smoking it. Below are 20 medical studies that suggest cannabis can be an effective treatment and possible cure for cancer. This is a good starting point for the push for further human clinical trials.

Brain Cancer

1.  A study published in the British Journal of Cancer, conducted by the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Complutense University in Madrid, determined that Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and other cannabinoids inhibit tumour growth. They were responsible for the first clinical study aimed at assessing cannabinoid antitumoral action. Cannabinoid delivery was safe and was achieved with zero psychoactive effects. THC was found to decrease tumour cells in two out of the nine patients.

2. A study published in The Journal of Neuroscience examined the biochemical events in both acute neuronal damage and in slowly progressive, neurodegenerative diseases. They conducted a magnetic resonance imaging study that looked at THC (the main active compound in marijuana) and found that it reduced neuronal injury in rats. The results of this study provide evidence that the cannabinoid system can serve to protect the brain against neurodegeneration.

3. A study published in The Journal of Pharmacology And Experimental Therapeutics already acknowledged the fact that cannabinoids have been shown to possess antitumor properties. This study examined the effect of cannabidiol (CBD, non-psychoactive cannabinoid compound) on human glioma cell lines. The addition of cannabidiol led to a dramatic drop in the viability of glioma cells. Glioma is the word used to describe brain tumour. The study concluded that cannabidiol was able to produce a significant antitumor activity.

4. A study published in the journal Molecular Cancer Therapeutics outlines how brain tumours are highly resistant to current anticancer treatments, which makes it crucial to find new therapeutic strategies aimed at improving the poor prognosis of patients suffering from this disease. This study also demonstrated the reversal of tumour activity in Glioblastoma multiforme.

Breast Cancer

5. A study published in the US National Library of Medicine, conducted by the California Pacific Medical Centre, determined that cannabidiol (CBD) inhibits human breast cancer cell proliferation and invasion. They also demonstrated that CBD significantly reduces tumour mass.

6. A study published in The Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics determined that THC as well as cannabidiol dramatically reduced breast cancer cell growth. They confirmed the potency and effectiveness of these compounds.

7. A study published in the journal Molecular Cancer showed that THC reduced tumour growth and tumour numbers. They determined that cannabinoids inhibit cancer cell proliferation, induce cancer cell apoptosis, and impair tumour angiogenesis (all good things). This study provides strong evidence for the use of cannabinoid-based therapies for the management of breast cancer.

8. A study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS) determined that cannabinoids inhibit human breast cancer cell proliferation.

Lung Cancer

9. A study published in the journal Oncogene, by Harvard Medical Schools Experimental Medicine Department, determined that THC inhibits epithelial growth factor-induced lung cancer cell migration and more. They go on to state that THC should be explored as novel therapeutic molecules in controlling the growth and metastasis of certain lung cancers.

10. A study published by the US National Library of Medicine by the Institute of Toxicology and Pharmacology, from the Department of General Surgery in Germany, determined that cannabinoids inhibit cancer cell invasion. Effects were confirmed in primary tumour cells from a lung cancer patient.  Overall, data indicated that cannabinoids decrease cancer cell invasiveness.

11. A study published by the US National Library of Medicine, conducted by Harvard Medical School, investigated the role of cannabinoid receptors in lung cancer cells. They determined its effectiveness and suggested that it should be used for treatment against lung cancer cells.

Prostate Cancer

12. A study published in the US National Library of Medicine illustrates a decrease in prostatic cancer cells by acting through cannabinoid receptors.

13. A study published in the US National Library of Medicine outlined multiple studies proving the effectiveness of cannabis on prostate cancer.

 14. Another study published by the US National Library of Medicine determined that clinical testing of CBD against prostate carcinoma is a must. That cannabinoid receptor activation induces prostate carcinoma cell apoptosis. They determined that cannabidiol significantly inhibited cell viability.

Blood Cancer

15. A study published in the journal Molecular Pharmacology recently showed that cannabinoids induce growth inhibition and apoptosis in mantle cell lymphoma. The study was supported by grants from the Swedish Cancer Society, The Swedish Research Council, and the Cancer Society in Stockholm.

16. A study published in the International Journal of Cancer also determined and illustrated that cannabinoids exert antiproliferative and proapoptotic effects in various types of cancer and in mantle cell lymphoma.

17. A study published in the US National Library of Medicine conducted by the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology by Virginia Commonwealth University determined that cannabinoids induce apoptosis in leukemia cells.

Oral Cancer

18. A study published by the US National Library of Medicine shows that cannabinoids are potent inhibitors of cellular respiration and are toxic to highly malignant oral tumours.

Liver Cancer

19. A study published by the US National Library of Medicine determined that THC reduces the viability of human HCC cell lines (Human hepatocellular liver carcinoma cell line) and reduced their growth.

Pancreatic Cancer

20. A study published in The American Journal of Cancer determined that cannabinoid receptors are expressed in human pancreatic tumor cell lines and tumour biopsies at much higher levels than in normal pancreatic tissue. Results showed that cannabinoid administration induced apoptosis. They also reduced the growth of tumour cells and inhibited the spreading of pancreatic tumour cells.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Marijuana

Physical Benefits
The Physical benefits of marijuana are far-reaching, widespread, and long-term. Because of the way marijuana impacts the Autonomic Nervous System which expands the breath and relaxes the body, its potential for health and healing are enormous and have been completely unrealized by Western Medicine.

Psychological Benefits
When we balance the Autonomic Nervous System, there is an effect on the mind that is both energizing and relaxing SIMULTANEOUSLY. In other words, we can think more clearly and more efficiently.

Medical Benefits
Marijuana has thousands of possible uses in medicine. Marijuana (actually cannabis extract) was available as a medicine legally in this country until 1937, and was sold as a nerve tonic -- but mankind has been using cannabis medicines much longer than that. Marijuana appears in almost every known book of medicine written by ancient scholars and wise men. It is usually ranked among the top medicines, called `panaceas', a word which means `cure-all'. The list of diseases which cannabis can be used for includes: multiple sclerosis, cancer treatment, AIDS (and AIDS treatment), glaucoma, depression, epilepsy, migraine headaches, asthma, pruritis, scleroderma, severe pain, and dystonia.

There are over 60 chemicals in marijuana which may have medical uses. It is relatively easy to extract these into food or beverage, or into some sort of lotion, using butter, fat, oil, or alcohol. One chemical, cannabinol, may be useful to help people who cannot sleep.

The most well-known use of marijuana today is to control nausea and vomiting.

Marijuana is also useful for fighting two other very serious and wide-spread disabilities. Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness, caused by uncontrollable eye pressure. Marijuana can control the eye pressure and keep glaucoma from causing blindness.

*It causes short-term memory problems (although this typically clears up once the person has quit smoking weed), and it causes lung cancer and other smoking-related diseases, just like  cigarettes.

*Long-term usage of marijuana may lead to addiction. This has harmful effects on social relationships with family, work, school and entertaining activities. It causes sleeplessness, decreased taste, bad temper and anxiety all of which make it hard to quit. Excessive use of marijuana causes depression, anxiety, suicidal desire and schizophrenia.

*Chronic use of marijuana, especially in youngsters causes risk of mental illness, vulnerability, and exposure to violence. The heart beat rate after abusing marijuana is increased by 20 to 80 percent and this effect can last for over 3 hours.

Cannabis is a great example of how the human mind can be conditioned to believe something, even when faced with contradicting evidence afterward. Growing up, we are told, “drugs” are bad, which is very true, however not all substances that have been labeled as “drugs” by the varying authoritative bodies are harmful. It’s possible that substances are labeled as a “drug” in order to protect corporate interests. One example is the automobile and energy industry; a car made from hemp is stronger than steel and can be fuelled from hemp alone. Henry Ford demonstrated this many years ago. Hemp actually has over 50,000 uses!

Wherein he commanded the troops of the United Sates to leave the country and end the war games with the Filipino Soldiers.

Hong Kong-based Phoenix Television: Asked Duterte if he will allow the joint military exercise between China and Russia:  "Yes, I will. I have given enough time for the Americans to play with the Filipino soldiers."

The Actor and now Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez had posted in his facebook account with regards the issue of Anti-drug campaign by the government. He strongly criticized the crook police that had been assigned in nearby towns in Province of Leyte.

“In our fight against illegal drugs, what do we do when the police themselves are the ones making up stories and implicating the people not involved in the trade to muddle the whole situation?
“These police crooks should be killed They should be killed!”
“Let’s begin from our neighboring town! Please take the lead, Mr. President!!!”

Drugs are one of the most dangerous things that you must not try because it can ruin your life in many ways maybe it can permanently ruin your life...

Kris Aquino has a warning for those who stubbornly refuse to cut down their drug use amid the government's intensified crackdown, which has led to a few high-profile arrests and a former actor injured in a shooting incident.

"Naiintindihan ko na, for us to talk about this drug menace ay kailangan celebrity ang pagusapan, kasi bibigyan mo ng 10 to 15 minutes sa news dahil kilala iyong taong involved." she told reporters on the sidelines of a press conference for her newest product endorsement last Thursday
