1. Sleeping time from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am is the most important time to rest.

If you are not sleepy, just lay down on the bed, rest and relax.

3. Have a body clock, sleep early and wake up early.

4. If you work at night, get enough sleep in the morning.
Make sure to have a dark room, cover all windows, block all sunlight passing through your room.
Try to sleep 7 to 8 hours.

5. If you lack sleep at night, sleep in the afternoon.

50 years old and above sleep for about 6hrs only.
