Hong Kong declared a state of emergency, schools, big events and even Disneyland suspends its operation due to Wuhan coronavirus

In Hong Kong, the Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-Ngor has canceled all non-tertiary schools until February 17, 2020. The island has now a total of 5 cases with confirmed Wuhan coronavirus so the government of Hong Kong has raised its response level to "emergency."

The Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon which is scheduled on February 8 and 9 and expected to have 70,000 attendees has been canceled by the government.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong Disneyland has temporarily been closed due to fear of a virus outbreak.
"As a precautionary measure in line with prevention efforts taking place across Hong Kong. we are temporarily closing Hong Kong Disneyland park out of consideration for health and safety of our guest and cast members" they said.

"Well announce reopening date once they determine it is advisable. In the Interim, we will be providing refunds to a guest who have booked tickets to the park or rooms at our resort hotels," they added.

And also the government has restricted all passengers from China, failure to disclosed or provide fake information about their health condition will be jailed for six months and a fine of HK$5,000.
